1、 Overview
This series of pressure transmission controllers is an intelligent digital pressure measurement and control product that integrates pressure measurement, display, output, and control. This product is a fully electronic structure, with a front end equipped with an isolation membrane filled oil pressure resistance pressure sensor. It is converted by high-precision A/D, processed by a microprocessor, displayed on site, and outputs one analog signal and 1-5 switching signals.
The pressure transmission controller is flexible to use, easy to operate, easy to debug, and safe and reliable. Widely used in industries such as hydropower, tap water, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, hydraulic, etc., for on-site measurement, display, and control of fluid medium pressure

Mechanical connection:
The pressure transmission controller can be connected through a pressure pipe joint (M20 * 1.5)
(Other sizes of connectors can be specified when ordering) Directly installed on the hydraulic pipeline. In critical applications such as severe vibration or impact, pressure pipe joints can be mechanically decoupled through micro hoses.
Note: When the range is less than 100KPa, it must be installed vertically
5.2 Electrical connections

To prevent the impact of electromagnetic interference, the following precautions should be taken:
The line connection should be as short as possible, using shielded wires
Try to avoid directly approaching the wiring of user devices or electrical and electronic devices that cause interference as much as possible
If micro hoses are used for installation, the casing must be separately grounded
6、 Setting functions
6.1 Output
The pressure transmission controller has five switching outputs. The corresponding output will switch when the pull-in value of the relay reaches and return when the pressure drops below the release value.
